What's Cheap Gas?

Oil skyrockets, hits $130 - Monday September 22nd. After our unprecedented raise in gas price to $1.36/ltr we received a brief reprieve to $1.13/ltr albeit for only a day. With todays headlines out of the U.S. it looks like we'll be up to $1.40/ltr in no time.

An interesting article in the Star this weeksend, a $30,000.00 car in Ontario will cost you approximately $4,300.00 in taxes! Also if you pay $100.00/wk for gas a week you will pay $1,700./yr in taxes on this as well.

Never say free Health Care!

Getting Gassed

Ok so gas is down to $1.19 a liter now, still $4.45 a gallon before curency conversion. While all the studies have proved no colusion interesting that every station in the GTA has same price! Just heard of a new pipeline that moves crude from Alberta at $2.62 a gallon to Chicago to be refined so we can buy it back at a dollar more a gallon than it sells at the pumps in Chicago - missing something here!

Oh well, we still have free Health Care
